Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of Pricore Cloud (app.pricore.dev), a hosted private Composer registry. The service is operated by Qumb (KvK: 83467149). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Definitions
- Service — Pricore Cloud, the hosted private Composer registry available at app.pricore.dev.
- User — Any individual or entity that creates an account and uses the Service.
- Account — The registered profile a User creates to access the Service.
- Packages — Composer packages uploaded to or registered within the Service.
- Content — Any data, code, packages, metadata, or other material uploaded to the Service by a User.
3. Account registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
- Maintain only one account per person.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Store or distribute illegal content.
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- Circumvent security measures or access controls.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
5. Your content
You retain all intellectual property rights to the packages and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Pricore a limited license to store, serve, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the content you upload. Pricore does not claim ownership over your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond providing the Service.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly for the free tier.
Pricore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.
7. Intellectual property
The Pricore name, branding, and proprietary code are owned by Qumb. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
The open-source components of Pricore are licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of those components is governed by that license.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the Service or by contacting us.
Pricore may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, you are responsible for exporting your data before your account is deleted. Pricore is not obligated to retain your data after account termination.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pricore and Qumb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Pricore's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Pricore in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Changes to terms
Pricore reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where possible, through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
