Refund Policy

Overview

This refund policy applies to paid subscriptions for Pricore Cloud (app.pricore.dev). The service is operated by Qumb, trading as Pricore (KvK: 83467149).


Free trial

Every Pricore Cloud account starts with a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. You will not be charged until the trial ends and you subscribe to a paid plan.


Refund eligibility

If you are not satisfied with Pricore Cloud, you may request a refund within 7 days of your most recent payment. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

Refund requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible. We recommend using the 14-day free trial to evaluate the service before subscribing.


How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to info@pricore.dev with the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.


Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to Pricore Cloud until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you would like a refund, please contact us within the 7-day window described above.
