Is there a free tier?
Pricore Cloud does not have a free tier. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you can subscribe for $19/month or $190/year. If you want to use Pricore for free, you can self-host it on your own infrastructure.
What happens after the trial?
After your trial ends, you'll need to subscribe to continue using Pricore Cloud. Your data is preserved, and you can pick up right where you left off. If you decide not to subscribe, you can export your configuration and self-host instead.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Is the self-hosted version still free?
Yes. The self-hosted version of Pricore is free and always will be. It's Apache 2.0 licensed, open source, and runs the exact same code as Pricore Cloud.
Where is my data hosted?
All Pricore Cloud data is stored and processed in the European Union. Package mirrors are stored on Cloudflare R2 with global CDN distribution for fast downloads worldwide. We use EU-based infrastructure for servers, databases, and backups.
